Cancellations and Refunds
If you ever need to cancel your Hosting Account, simply use the form at the top of the Help Page. We will verify your request and then process the cancellation. You may NOT simply refuse payment - you must contact us to discontinue your service! Failure to submit payment will be considered a cancelation of contract by the client, and also will void any refunds.
After the initial 30 days, we do not offer refunds for Hosting. Due to the setup and programming involved, Custom Programming (such as the Chat Rooms or Site Design) do not offer any refunds. If you disregard rules of usage and/or legality and we cancel your account, you are also not entitled to a refund. Any other possible refunds are subject to our discretion.
