I can't access the password protected Download or Live Chat areas - now what? 

When you sign up as an UltiHost client, you are given a "System Username and Password" that allow you to enter these areas.

  1. If you lost this information, Email us for a copy of the Username and Password.
  2. If you typed in the proper Username and Password and it didn't work, remember that both are Case Sensitive! You must use ALL SMALL LETTERS.
  3. If you are using Internet Explorer, be sure to re-type BOTH the Username and Password, even if the Username is displayed as lower case. This is a flaw in Internet Explorer, where it will display one thing, but actually send another. Type both to assure they are both lowercase and it will work.
