I can't access the password protected Download or Live Chat areas - now what?
When you sign up as an UltiHost client, you are given a "System Username and Password" that allow you to enter these areas.
- If you lost this information, Email us for a copy of the Username and Password.
- If you typed in the proper Username and Password and it didn't work, remember that both are Case Sensitive! You must use ALL SMALL LETTERS.
- If you are using Internet Explorer, be sure to re-type BOTH the Username and Password, even if the Username is displayed as lower case. This is a flaw in Internet Explorer, where it will display one thing, but actually send another. Type both to assure they are both lowercase and it will work.
