Definitely E-Mail. We can get back to you FASTER that way in many cases, since we're always monitoring our incoming mail, but NOT always available to take phone calls. And with everything in writing (both your letters and ours) there is no confusion, or forgetting what was said!

Email also helps to keep our costs down as well. We're always happy to speak to you on the phone if you desire to call instead of emailing us, but we are not always available. (Keep in mind that most questions, problems, updates, etc. can all be handled via email - this saves YOU money as well!) If you are having trouble 'connecting' with someone on the phone, email us to set up a time for us to speak with you. We will gladly arrange a good time for you to call and handle your needs.
